1. Return Window
We have a 35-day return policy, which means you have 35 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products:

Defective products: Incorrect, damaged by carrier, or defective items.

Customer remorse: Purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or you no longer want the item.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@ducicanvas.com. Once your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label. This is a "Download and print" label. Please print the label and attach it to your package. Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided via email.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Fees and Restocking Fees

Return shipping: Free of charge for both defective products and customer remorse.

Restocking fee: No restocking fee will be charged ($0.00).
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products. Please contact us to initiate the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will provide instructions for your exchange.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Order Cancellations
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
